Making a difference, one small space at a time.

Plymouth Pollinators is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization. Our mission is to increase pollinator habitat within the community through education, collaboration, and the use of native plants in local garden spaces.

Our Core Values

  • Collaboration: We work collectively with municipal services, citizens, and other conservation groups to achieve our goals

  • Purposefulness: We select pesticide-free plants, shrubs, and trees that support the pollinator life-cycle

  • Community Enrichment: We provide education materials, host events, and offer volunteer opportunities to engage the community in pollinator conservation

  • Beautification: We create beautiful and serene pollinator garden spaces the community can enjoy for years to come

Why the Pollinators Need Our Help

Since the early 1990’s, there has been a steady and significant decline in the pollinator population and habitat due to:

  • Urban development

  • Degradation of remaining habitat

  • Pesticide use

  • Lack of native plant-life to support the pollinator life-cycle

  • Climate change

There are over 40 million acres of lawn in the U.S. that do not support our pollinators or our watershed.
